Pop's team did makeovers on several areas of this large lakefront home in Rowlett, including the kitchen, refinishing stair banisters, remodeling the fireplace, installation of wall-mount large screen TVs, flooring, faux finish painting, and building a new upstairs guestroom in an empty space above the foyer.

Pop's team replaced one of a pair of windows with a french door and transom to provide access to the side yard garden, re-tiled the fireplace and replaced the old gas logs with remote-controlled electric ones that can be used in all weather, and installed the 65 inch TV above the fireplace and the cabinetry beside the fireplace.
Home office renovation
Pop's team installed wood flooring to replace carpet, painted the walls, installed cabinetry and installed a ceiling fan.
