Pop's is a family-oriented business. Many of his six adult children work alongside him as members of his crew, and he says one day he'll be watching his grandchildren build complete houses.

Katie
Katie Emmons Smith is Chuck's interior design and color expert - but she's also much more. In addition to planning and design, she's not afraid to get her hands dirty. Her many talents include faux finish painting, cabinet and furniture refinishing, tile work, carpentry detail work, and all-round "Jill of all trades."

Chuck Emmons
Charles C. Emmons (Chuck/Pop) is the owner of Pop's Realty Services. As a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Residential Property Manager and registered General Contractor, he works actively in every home and on every project, overseeing all of the work and ensuring that his crew and subcontractors perform to the highest standards.

In his spare time, Chuck teaches C&W dancing and his three daughters are his favorite partners. He is reputed to be the "oldest living & still riding bull rider in local small-time rodeo circuits.
​
Chuck also owns Dallas Asset Management, a DFW area property management company.

Jordyn (Jordi)

Jordyn (Jordi) is Pop’s oldest granddaughter. She’s spent several summers being Katie’s protégé and graduated from high school in May ’17. She’s now full time with Pop and does lots of painting and helps Katie with almost all of the tile work. Pop has threatened to “kick her out into the real world” but for now it looks like she’ll be Katie’s sidekick for a while.

Mike
Mike Shepherd has been Steve’s best friend since they were 6, and many years ago, he got “brought” to a job site to “help out” with building a fence. It turned out that he was better at that than just about the whole family, at the time, since he had years of experience working for different cities doing construction and “road work.” It took Pop several years to get him to come to work full time and Pop even tried to adopt him. He is a Project Manager for many houses and an invaluable asset to PRS.

John

John is an accountant with Crowder & Associates, Inc. but still works part-time with Pop on the weekends. John would rather help build anything than paint a dog house! His favorite projects are anything involving construction with wood - and only in the months of March and October when it’s not too hot or cold. He has lots of experience building fences, etc. (He NEEDS to be a CPA.) LOL!
Marlon

Marlon is a another former Marine who owns his own business, refinishing tubs and counter tops with specialty paints. He also works to help out Pop when he has time. He has been learning a lot about “demo” work lately. Marines are especially good at destroying things!
Steve
​
Steve is married to Pop’s oldest daughter, Shannon, and they have 5 daughters. When he isn’t busy with his day job (corporate recruiter) or his daughters, whom he coaches in “elite” soccer, he helps Pop on weekends. Building fences and patio covers are his favorite projects.
Joanna
Joanna (JoJo) is an independent accountant.. She has helped paint on many larger projects but would rather dance with Pop than work for him.
